Orbis Optical Smoke Detector

Orbis heat detector BR (73°)

• Orbis Series Heat Detector monitors ambient air temperature using a simple thermistor that outputs voltage proportional to air temperature.
• Suitable for applications for which smoke detectors would not be suitable

Orbis standard base

• The Orbis Standard Base is a redesigned base that greatly simplifies installation and wiring.
• Pass-through jumper for voltage testing of zone wiring prior to commissioning.

Orbis relay base

• The relay base includes a potential-free changeover contact for switching external devices. When the fire detector transitions to the alarm state, a voltage is applied to the relay, causing the contact to change state. The contact remains in the state until the fire detector is reset.
• Jumper for voltage test of zone wiring prior to start-up.
